How our offers work
A person prices every paddle, within 24 hours
A range on screen, a number from a person
The form shows you a band as you answer: the floor is what your paddle is worth if the bench grades it a notch below what you described, the ceiling if it confirms your best case. Nobody has held it yet, so that is as precise as anyone can honestly be. Someone here then goes through your photos and sets the real number, within 24 hours.
We grade it against twelve points
Face, core, edge guard, handle, grip, surface texture, graphics, staining, weight, thickness, audio and a hit test. That grade is what sets the real offer.
You approve anything that changes
If it grades differently to what you described, we email you a revised offer and issue nothing until you accept it. Prefer to keep it? We send it back, with return postage at your expense.
We take paddles from every major brand in Mint, Like New or Excellent condition, and we pay in RePaddle store credit. That is the only payout we offer. Heavy wear, a dead spot, delamination or a cracked edge guard will not pass inspection, and we reserve the right to decline any paddle. You see a range as you answer, and a person confirms the final number.
